Stella led a virtual 12-week small group coaching program for myself and other women Harvard alumni who have careers in tech. The program started out with a focus on our jobs, but through Stella’s thoughtfully planned agenda and skilled facilitation, it became an open and vulnerable space for us to share many other facets of our lives. Joining the small group session was the highlight of my week and it was empowering to work through questions and self-doubts I had with other supportive women. I truly felt seen and heard in every session, and Stella paid careful attention to each person. She used a combination of homework, pre-planned exercises and open-ended discussions and guest speakers to meet each participant where we were at and her insightful questions and comments always generated more clarity and action.
