My Story

Growing up in Greece, I was always a high achiever, competing in math Olympiads and excelling in school. My passion for problem-solving led me to pursue computer science at Harvard, where I believed I had found my true calling. Eventually, I landed a senior engineering role at Twitter, and on the surface, my career was a success—prestigious, high-paying, and secure.

But after having my baby, I was laid off. Suddenly, I found myself questioning everything I had worked so hard for. Was this the life I truly wanted? Was I following a path that was truly mine?

It was during this period of reflection that I turned to coaching. Using coaching techniques, I discovered my true passion—helping others break free from their “golden handcuffs” and find careers that truly align with their values and purpose. I realized I was meant to empower others to design fulfilling lives, just as I had done for myself.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same. I know what it feels like to be stuck in a career that seems perfect on the outside but leaves you unfulfilled. I understand the challenge of navigating a career change, but I also know that with the right support, you can break free and create a life that excites you.

    In this crucial stage, we examine your saboteurs - your internal barriers that hinder your progress towrads your goals.. Saboteurs are intricately woven parts of our psyche developed over years of evolution, initially intended to protect us. However, despite their noble intentions, they often manifest as self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that impede our growth and success. We identify and confront these saboteurs head-on through insightful exercises and compassionate exploration. By recognizing their influence and understanding their origins, we empower ourselves to transcend their limitations and unlock our true potential.   • There is optional homework every week.

    You will get A LOT out of the program without the homework, but you will get more if you do invest the time in the homework too.

  • The key difference between coaching and therapy lies in their focus and objectives. Coaching is primarily goal-oriented and forward-looking, aimed at helping individuals or groups achieve specific personal or professional goals.

    Therapy, on the other hand, typically focuses on addressing emotional challenges, and past experiences that may be causing distress or impacting a person's well-being.

    In coaching, the relationship between the coach and the client is more collaborative and centered around achieving tangible results within a structured timeframe. While personal insights and emotional support are also be part of coaching, the primary focus remains on achieving specific outcomes and expanding into the next level of personal development.
